Following earlier successful visits to Poland to provide support to Ukrainian refugees, we visited again in at Christmas 2022.
I received generous support from two of my clients based in Oxshott who donated £1600 between them. In addition Jeremy and Helen a client from Esher donated a large box of useful cosmetics. Also special thanks to Jane and Stephen from Surbiton who donated money and food.
4 families benefited from this support
We purchased a washing machine for one of the families to replace a broken one and also various and much needed kitchen appliances. We put together 4 lovely Christmas boxes made up of items donated by my friends, including food, sweets and sweets and cosmetics. We were pleased to satisfy 2 special requests. One of the youngest received a toy dinosaur and another ice skating boots. Also each family received £100 cash to spend. Thanks again to everyone for your support and generosity.
